using primarily display is no longer a acceptable option with microsoft remove most of the taskbar customization in the newer OS. it seem silly that GW2 still can't remember which monitor it was on and always reopen in the primarily display even if you have it properly setup on the secondaries earlier. this really need to be fixed.

the main cause of poor WvW performance is the game trying to load cosmetic for the opposing team in real time, since the game can't know who will show up and preload the skin. to stop this, simply set opposing team to use "default model". this problem will get worst as anet add more skin! 😃 if that still doesn't help, your only option is to reduce the number of player the game display which has a negative impact on experience.

rollback are usually the result of bug or duplication that cannot be fixed. this has happened once or twice in the game's history. also i don't know what staff cut u are talking about, most of that is related to the cancel mobile games and i think it is good ridden for them to not waste their resources and manpower on another mobile game and focus on GW2, with GW2 confirming a new expansion, this game is in a place it need to be. i feel the recent issue has more to do with the lockdown than company issues. the entire internet is overloaded atm.

they can usually restore gem item if u submit a report and can proof the purchase(date and time etc), it may take more than a week before they get back at you.

you know why it won't be an infusion right? because it belong to the legendary hammer. i just want the duration of the ozze to be longer. i am fine with it not being an infusion before ppl start demanding infusion for every legendary effect.

They are likely not going to do another Dragon. it is clearly explained that killing another dragon will end the world. the story hint of trying to control the dragon instead of killing them which honestly would be quite boring if you do the 1 dragon 1 expansion routine again. let say if we succeed in taming the dragon in the next expansion, the only logic path is to devise a new threat. maybe the gods will return now that they see a way to control the dragon instead of killing it, maybe they will seek to recover the power of balthazar. there is speculation that another god was secretly helping balthazar. maybe it is true, maybe it was all a setup.

GW3 will need to be radically different from GW2. this mean it would be cheap and short to develop, we are talking about 5 years of investment.it would have to be set in a new era, a new setting. there is currently no need to abandon this setting as they still have story to tell.I am unsure if anet has made enough money to justify a new engine and a new world...

unless anet can fix the racism against asian by removing their mispresentation of asian culture, they need to fix their lore first.

you get a skin. and your account has trading features unlocked (to avoid people making free to play account just to be gold farmer). basically nothing you need to worry or care about.
