Can someone with a galaxy brain explain this to me? I know of the SOI changes, but this statement seems like nonsense to me. Pretty sure the actual reason to bring firebrigade is the huge dps increase both classes bring and braindead 1 button press buffing that anyone can do.

I disagree, why nerf elite specs? Core specs should be made competitive.

Look how "balanced" guardian is. With how ridiculous that is, can we honestly say that their aim is to make people buy expacs? Clearly it's possible to bring core specs up to near elite spec level. They've done it with their baby. Let's be honest here, balance is not a priority, Anet is clearly showing that.

"Chrono is too OP" Meanwhile firebrigade pressing one damn button to buff the entire raid lmao. An alarming amount of people playing the game can't do basic mechanics but why does it feel like they're the ones driving class balance?

I can't fathom why they would make shatters require clones but not increase their survivability. They also nerfed MW damage and made CS start when the clones are shattered instead of when you press the button (intended I guess?) It's like they wanted to bring chrono in line but overworked their developers to the point that they royally botched the implementation. Was it Anet's plan to make playing chrono feel this awful? Who knows, it's not like they're going to reply to the community. I'd be amazed if the dev team reads any of these threads.
