Why does the Druid lose all accumulated Astral Force instead of just going to 50% of its current Astral Force level (like it does currently when you leave/are forced out of Celestial Avatar)?

The current DRMs are in Metrica Province, Brisban Wildlands, and Gendarran Fields. That screenshot is from Caledon Forest. It might be in an upcoming DRM and will become available in time. Or it is an outright bug. Regardless, the point is there are no DRMs in Caledon Forest yet.
