Same, I get to character screen and get error 19:9:13:1599:101 and game closes as soon as I select a character.

I'm switching to Scourge now (which I never play) from Rev to join this insane feast of death bombs. Not to mention targeting with Rev hammer is somehow all messed up and not working.

[BTW anet has started a countdown stream (aprox 38 hours before the reveal)]

I'm leaving my house at 5am tomorrow to get there in time to see it announced live!
