  1. Using Windows 10.  Starting today, can't minimize game.  When I Alt-Tab, the GAME becomes the desktop.  I can see any folders that were open but nothing else (Recycle Bin, File Explorer, Documents, Downloads ...).  The only way to see these items is Alt-F4, exiting the game completely.

  2. I have all the Arborstone Masteries except for the last one, Globalization.  The Gate to Lion's Arch was added by one of the lower level Masteries.  Are you saying the portal won't work until I get Glocalization?

     

    Yeah.  I went to Lion's Arch the long way and took the Gate to Arborstone.  I ended up next to the nonfunctioning GREEN Portal to Lion's Arch.

  3. The Icebrood Saga came out this year but I unlocked Crystal Champion prior to this year. In fact, until just recently, I hadn't logged into this account since December 2018. I THOUGHT, perhaps wrongly, that those skills were unlocked when I was doing things with Aurene, in Tarir, during LS 3. It might have been a coincidence though.

    In any case, I did the prologue of the Icebrood Saga with my other account and Crystal Champion wasn't unlocked. Guess I'll have to do at least part of LS 4. I really just want the dismount Mastery.

  4. According to the wiki, you unlock the Crystal Champion mastery line when you start Living Story Season 4. I don't HAVE Living Story Season 4, at least not the first episode, but I've unlocked all of the Crystal Champion Masteries anyway. Can someone tell me how I gained access to these? I HAVE done most of Season 3.

    Why are so many people having this problem? Why does ArenaNet refuse to fix the underlying problem, which is probably Digital River? Why do you insist that EVERYONE submit a ticket instead of fixing the REAL problem once and for all?
