    This is not a helpful post. Your hotfix appears to have still missed the mark. Additionally, you haven't provided adequate information that explains the problems many people have posted about in this thread.

    For instance, my husband's Caladbolg was reset in the original deployment. Mine was not. Now, after this supposed hotfix, I still don't have a reset available to me. Other people don't have resets available to them on gear that reset for other toons they have or for other players. What gives?

  3. I hope Anet follows through on this hotfix.

    My husband has a transmuted Marauder's Caladbolg that was reset.

    I have a non-transmuted Berserker Caladbolg that was not reset. (I had had a brainfart and originally chose Berserker by accident, so when I heard about the reset I got pretty excited at the prospect of being able to correct my mistake!)

    Both of us had these weapons equipped on our characters at the time the update went through so...yeeeah.

    Most of my other gear was reset properly. I care most about the fact my Caladbolg was missed when hubby's was not. :(

    https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/befriend-a-new-pet-dog/ says the Living World Season 3 Complete Pack is on sale through November 26. A "Complete Pack" for that season is not listed in the Gem Store. If it's not on the website either, where exactly are we supposed to get it from?

    That blog post also says Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns™ and Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire™ digital deluxe upgrades will be 50% off from November 23 through November 26 and doesn't mention any promo code or anything either—but as of this writing, the sale doesn't seem to be on the website or in the Gem Store either.
