This! So much this. Yesterday I did this event for the achievement all by myself because basically no one on the pretty full map wanted to do it. It's by far the most annoying event that has been added to the game for years. Way too fast spawns, the grenades don't hit 9 out of 10 times. Only 5 grenades at a time but you'll need at least two per target. Not gonna do that event ever again in this state.

I'm at 42k AP right now, played about 16k hours for 9 years in GW2 so probably that what you'd call a vet, also played GW1 for a while but that's not that important.

Right now I've built at least one of every legendary weapon type in game, several more. I've built all Raid and all WvW legendary armors and every trinket. I even built several legendaries multiple times since there was a time without armory if people still remember. I also sold around 70-80 Legendaries over the years. Not a baron but still wealthy enough I guess.

Also I did all the old collections, including the old Skyscale collection and you know what? I don't care if this stuff gets easier because it was my personal accomplishment. Even if others get it easier, I still know what I had to do to get it. There's no need for some compensation just because someones ego can't handle it.

Oh and I'm above 40 years old. Being a Boomer doesn't always mean being old. It also can just be a mindset.

Edit: Ok looks like it's not totally bugged. I couldn't give the ingredients to the npc but it still seemed to count.

I've got the same problem. Can't buy any gems even though the Paypal account worked fine before. I could add the Paypal account to my game account no problem. It shows in game but if I try to buy anything there's only an error message. "Something went wrong, please try again later!" Error Code 108.

That code says "This error is likely due to a web browser issue. Please try a different browser or enabling JavaScript on your current browser before attempting your purchase again." But how can I change the browser in game... that doesn't make any sense at all.

Changing languages doesn't help, already tried it.

I was mostly looking to only swap out the weapon. This means I can use a low-dps shortbow on most mobs and can weapon-swap to a high-dps weapon for the bosses.

Yeah, for that I have a zerker staff in the 2nd weapon set. If it's running smooth you only need a stronger weapon for Steve, since the other two get ignored.

Yesterday I joined a full run that just wanted some kp, not even much. Still at the end that one firebrand, that did an absolute shit job btw, whispered me out of nowhere and insulted me. So no, Li is not the problem but the attitude of players. Even in low LI groups you'll find those toxics that just want to get carried. I'd rather join a 250-500 Li group than carrying one single player again.

You're not the only one. I was online in the time frame and didn't get anything on my main. My two alts on the other hand weren't even online at the time at all and both got the license and the bonfire.
