Greetings potential prospect,

 

     I am the leader of the small guild, Stellar Remnant, most people in-game call me Mel. SR has been around since the Season One days of old, originally made for my small group of friends who played. Eventually, all but a couple stopped playing shortly after and the remainder a couple years ago after an irl dispute. Since, we have slowly grown to a few active members, one of which a close friend of mine I met through writing GW2 articles in the past and has been a great help at finding other friendly players.

     History aside, I've decided to properly make ourselves an active guild. We currently have a few PvPers, who regularly play the game mode. WvW is primarily on Ehmry Bay at the moment, though I am the only one who semi-regularly plays, but plans are to have more active WvWers, once Alliances are released. Most people do their own thing in PvE, but I personally love to help new players learn the game and assist those working towards achievements or other goals.

     The guild hall is currently in Windswept, but will be moved come the expansion, likely to the newest one. Most major upgrades have been completed and all but one of the guild experience boosters are available; I've invested 1-2 legendaries worth of gold and supplies into it over the years because I've wanted to have as many benefits possible for members. Because we only have a few active people playing at any given time, we cannot effectively host events at the moment; but there is a monthly raffle for anyone in the guild (repping or not), who've logged in within two weeks prior. Prizes include mystic coins and gold for the winners, future events will also have weapon skins and other goodies.

     No rep is required at all for the guild, though it's preferable. Players will be removed from the guild however if they have not logged into the game for over 8+ months; apologies if that's a turn-off for anyone, but it makes it significantly easier to manage the guild. We have a Discord for anybody that'd like to communicate with other members and receive any future updates more easily.
