[NA] Looking for semi-casual PvE/PvX guild

I've got about 200hrs in the game, mostly solo, and mostly open world and dungeons. I'm wanting to get into more serious end-game content (mainly Fractals and Raids), but I get really uncomfortable running with PUGs when I don't really know the mechanics. I'd like to find a guild that doesn't mind slowing down sometimes so that a less experienced player can keep up, and I'm happy to return the favor when I have a few runs under my belt 🙂

 

Currently have Thief and Mesmer at 80, but my eventual goal is probably to have one of each class.

 

I'm on the Dragonbrand server, if that matters for guild options.
