Looking for a PvP, WvW, dungeons and fractal guild. (maybe some rp too)

Im looking to join a Guild/Warband that welcomes new members and help players with PvP, WvW and the other game modes, as well as gathering the armor for said modes.  I have been playing for years but this is the first time i will be heavy into playing WvW and PvP, as well as Dungeons and Fractals.  Im looking for a chill guild/warband where the members are relaxed and chilled with new members, and that help players despite their level and knowledge of the game.  I have heard of some guilds that arent nice to new members and purposing ignoring members that arent highly skilled like the other members.

 

Are there any guilds or Warbands recruiting?

 

I would also like to have a Warband that does some Rping as their character for fun and do some fun story based rps with the current content.
