GW2-API wrong output?

Hey Im using this endpoint for a Teamspeak3 Bot: https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/achievements/daily/tomorrow
But in the given json there are achievements, which are not daily ingame... is this a bug? How can it be fixed?

I just want to get out this dailies - they arent ingame do we dont need this.

But i dont know how 2 get this out of my list - or do some filtering.

Try it with the latest schema and you will see it has required_access / condition fields that depend on if a person owns a certain campaign.  If you assume someone has all campaigns, you can filter out the ones that have the "NoAccess" condition.  Also, if you assume a person is max leveled, you can filter out all of the ones with the "max" field less than 80.

BTW: you do know the link you posted in the first post are tomorrow's dailies, not today's, right?  Just wondering if that's where the confusion is.
