Looking for a guild that offers casual fractal runs

So I can do T4 runs just fine, out of the several months I did them with randoms I don't go downed that often. However I'm not capable of speedrunning them and preforming skips and tricks as I can't keep up with the high skill ceiling most Fractal groups require it's members to reach. I already know the basics and boss fights, all I ask is that I want a group that offers daily runs, or at least has members always available to get a run going, I can settle for if it can't be daily. I understand people are busy, even I get busy or might not play for a few days or weeks, but I would want to do runs more than once a week only like most guilds have. I don't care if they aren't efficient or smooth runs I only care that they get done and no one is fighting each other. While I am willing to learn all the tricks to T4 that was never taught to me in the lower tiers I can't say for sure I'll quickly catch up or preform flawlessly each run so if you don't want a member like me I understand.

If it helps you decide if you want a member like me, currently I only have a Daredevil geared up for T4. I am in the works of gearing up a DPS Reaper and a Healing Scourge but that may be awhile. Which I will point out would be much faster if I can do Fractals again so I can afford materials or get lucky with chest drops. Which I do feel like I am barred away from being flexible for end game content cause I can't gear up within a few days like most players. Speaking of that I do have a Condi Shortbow Soulbeast and Boon Support Druid geared up for Strikes, however I have tried raiding and it isn't for me.

Now I feel the need to make this disclaimer cause I see 90% of guilds pushing for this. I have no desire to join any social guilds and be part of your 'family' I'm not against making friends but it is not my priority here, I'm here to play the game with other people, not use the game as a virtual chatroom. So if you don't want a member who will never join voice chats, aside from joining just to listen for orders and call outs, or a member who's not going to be hanging out in the Discord trying to befriend every member, I am not a member you're going to want.
