Vindicator feedback

With the new patch 28 june i want to give a feedback about the vindicator, i have 5200h of playing the revenant and i'm ok with the modification, but the vindicator lost alac and need something to be relevent as a healer/dps spec, i think giving quickness can be good. Just add it to "Amnestie of Shing Jea" : use a vindicator skill give 2s quickness.
With not a huge amount, to make "Vassals of the empire" relevent to make a good uptime.

 

As a dps, you lost "Leviathan Strenght" and "Forerunner of death", so a good balance between quickness and dps.

As a healer, you get all the kit to give everything needed to give good boons, and condi cleans.
