It shows the character with the cinematic icon over their head, but can't move. After a brief period, it disconnects and goes back to the character selection screen. Ruyah Bel.2470 Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 I have a total computer crash once I have the enraged Confessor to 25% health! I have repaired game twice ( once Windows 64 bit & once Windows 32 bit versions). The third time it happened, I am reinstalling the game after updating graphic drivers. spatialanomaly.7836 Posted January 16, 2018 Share Posted January 16, 2018 I'm having this happen on nearly any cinematic. It happens on two totally different computers. Sometimes if I tap the spacebar or something during the cinematic I can keep the connection alive. But not always. Often it will boot me to char select anyway. My ping avgs are usually 40s/50s.
