WhiteSmoke.5926 Posted October 5, 2022 Share Posted October 5, 2022 https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Chaotic_Potency The base bonus from the aptitude "Chaotic Potency" (120 Condition Damage) cannot be converted with utilities (like Toxic Maintenace Oil). In the situation of the Toxic Maintenace Oil, it results a loss of 7 points of concentration.
