WhiteSmoke.5926 Posted June 20, 2023 Share Posted June 20, 2023 Based on calculations done by certain peoples, it is believed that there will not only be a balance of confusion among each raid or strike encounter, but the overall damage appears to be quite low even on slow bosses. I am perplexed as to why the foundational scaling is set at such a low value (0.03 to 0.05); it is still lower than the scaling for bleeding (0.06). It should be at least equal to that of bleeding. This modification will significantly harm condition builds that heavily rely on confusion, particularly those used by mesmer and engineer players. 2 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
