According to Dulfy you can consume them without any problems later on. Yet when i enter the Lair of Zommoros i can't use them there. Is this a bug or do i need to farm them all again? Quick question for you in response to your post, when you entered the Lair of Zommoros, did you bring 5 Amalgamated Gemstone's with you? You can indeed consume the stones you received from the Djinn but those aren't Amalgamated Gemstone's. These you can get in a few ways, or just by buying them off the trading post for a few gold, but you must have 5 of these in your inventory when you enter the Lair of Zommoros and then you have to go up to each of the 5 orbs and commune with them in order to finish your achievement.
