A strange and annoying bug/crash .

If someone recognize or has a clue for this bug, or a something i can try, you will make a guy very happy. Nothing seems to work , even contacted the support, still no fix for over a mounth.I get this crash after the loading screen during the character select. Played the game on launch and tried to play it now with the old characters(, but there is no way to evade the crash/bug.I get the same crash on all my 5 characters: 4 lvl 80 and 1 low lvl.
