Gift of desert mastery

I have the same problem it seems to be a anyoing bug/oversee.

I cant get the Gift of Oasis and so at a character i already did 100% and i dont want to erase a loved char only to get the gift

please fix the bug so character that did PoF maps before yesterday also get their gift of oasis/desert highland/riverlands/desolation

NVM pls delete it. i didnt know there is only ONE heart vendor which have it on his list
