Need active guild for fractals. I love raids, but cant have a schedule.

Hola, I am long time GW2 player looking for a guild I can do group content with. Pugs are so unpredictable :/ Raids arent that difficult for me, whats difficult is getting a group. I sadly wont be able to join a raid group with schedule so I'll have to keep those pugging. I pay attention to mechanics and enjoy mastering the game.
