Wizard's Vault - Ascended armor chest

Why Ascended armor chest that can be pickup in the Wizard's Vault doesn't contains all stats type, for example I need some Yassith armor part (Viper), it cannot be found!

I don't think it is a bug, just a choice of theirs to keep it at core tyria stats. I don't care for the choice either but you can easily stat change them in the mystic forge.

I was able to stat change my stuff for myself but I play with my fiance and she will not craft (I had to craft everything for her in New World). Her build requires Vipers, which I crafted her Exotic set for, but for Ascended stuff, I figured the Wizard's Vault would be the best way for her - but I can't even give her viper inscriptions because they are account bound. Is there like a Guild exception for this or does GW2 even prevent Guild crafting aids above Exotic?

Killing raid bosses in cm for the first time gives a chest which contains one each of https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Chest_of_Insignia and https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Chest_of_Inscriptions . Both should have Viper's Insignia/Inscription as selectable options

And I don't think there are other options, other than getting legendary items, which also usually requires some crafting anyways...

On the other hand, getting crafting level to 400 costs around 30-40 gold depending on the discipline you want/get. For that route I suggest checking https://gw2crafts.net/ page
