Sooo whats wrong with Axe Burst skills? (PvP/WvW)

I highly recommend to Finaly buff decapitates and also eviscerates dmg. This skills are doing that low dmg rn that even Swords burst skills dealing the Same amount of raw power dmg while being a condi weapon. 2.0 Power scaling is ways too Bad! Please let it be at least 2.5 or something like that. 

4k for a burst Skill that need Ressources to see use is realy underwhelming when there are skills that do nearly double the dmg with way less efford.
