Newbie player looking for EU PVX Guild to learn the game

Casual player,  got most of the classes tested and geared in exotics. (lvl 80) Can figure out a class to play depending of party composition.

Looking for a Non-LGBTQERTY woke and all that other BS guild.

I'm a 34 y.o dude from the Balkans, playing mostly after work while.(Depends on what orders I have from my wife). For the moment I can't use voice-chat too much Monday-Friday.

Can speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian 

I'm mostly illiterate in GW2 as I mostly did Open world PVE in core Tyria.
