Warclaw Chainpull Anti-Clunk Ideas

I feel that the current implentation of Warclaws Chainpull feels very clunky since it's in contrast to the otherwise very agile and mobile mount.
To remedy this disconnected feeling I have 2 proposals.

Right now it can animation lock you for almost 2 seconds.
One solution to this, that would still retain the impactful usage could be to completely get rid of the animation lock after the first usage
and replace it with slowed movement speed .

This is aggravated heavily on Champion chases since it has to be used very frequently.
Especially if the encounter is scaled up by a lot of players, it takes a lot of chainpulls to break the defiance bar.My way of solving this issue would be to make the chain stay, once hooked on the Champion. Making it proximity depended while slowly bleeding the CC bar. Which makes a lot of sense, to tire the animal out. When hooked the chainpull could be used to spike some more CC in trade for the previous mentioned movement speed penatly.

TLDR: Remove Animation lock - Make Chainpull hook first then chain stays and bleeds CC.
