Important side events during a meta is bad.

In case some people don't know, Janthir Syntri has a couple of events that only spawn if the meta is active. Not just small side events, but Group Events that need 5-10 people. Events that are required for the "Do all events in this region" achievements. Events that have "perfectionist" style achievements tied to them, like "Do this event without any NPCs dying".

Sorry, but this is pretty dumb. Not sure how this got shipped. I don't think I have to explain why.

It's not like there's no other way they could have been triggered. The meta starts 10 minutes after the storm warning hits, so the events could have started then, before the meta. If this was done earlier then maybe they could even contribute to the boss fight in the form of a small buff, actually giving people incentives to do them. Or have them spawn still after the meta, cause currently the storm stops right as the meta ends, fail or success.
