Bug? Missing ground texture/snow (with more pics)

I know you said you updated the decorations for DR for wintersday but uhhh..... I see a whole lot taken away, and like. Nothing added.

No snow on the ground. Lots and lots and lots of green, and patchy messes. Does not look like wintersday remotely.

In fact, I dare say, it looks terrible and disheartening, and totally ruined my day/month to have been excited for this for a year and log in to ...this..

Where is all the white??? The snow?? All the wonderful decorations you had up until now??

Why is the Trading Post guy buried under/behind a bunch of stuff that you can't get past??

What is this?? Please tell me this is a bug, or a very bad joke.

This is one of my old screencaps you can see if you squint that the ground all behind me is white

That is the same area that you see in the above screencaps. Except, better.
