Returning WvW Roamer Player - Need a list of S tear builds

Hi all, I have not been playing the game since SotO launch, so I do not know what is the meta now for WvW roaming (except Thief and WB 😅).

Today I logged in and played a bit, and saw some very strong builds:

1. Some kind of permanent evade warrior build - I do not know what is this, if you can give me some feedback it would be nice

2. Permanent evade Vindicator - I remember this being broken in EoD, it seems like it is back

3. Some Engi build that did 4x immobilize on me in 30 seconds, has almost all boons permanently, bunch of blocks and evades, it is super fast etc...

And of course Thiefs and Willbenders

I used to play Cele Renegade, but now it does not work very well, plus once Cele stats is nerfed it will be D tier 🥵

If we ignore Thief and Willbender builds, what would be your other top 5 S-tier roamers, that are not Celestial based?

It all comes to your knowledge of the professions and the builds.

I've seen core engis melt down and make willbenders cry.

So if you like a build and master it, everything becomes viable.

This being said, if we ignore thieves, willbender and celestial my top 5 is definitely power vindicator, power virtuoso or the new spear mirage, longbow soulbeast, tools or granade holosmith/scrapper and fresh air catalyst not in a particular order.
