Help with wvw engie

So coming back from a 10 year old break I'm a bit overwhelmed about all engie elite specs.

I used to wvw alot back in the days so my question is what engie elite spec is best for wvw atm?

I want to be able to hold my own in 1v1 as well.

I'd say to start with a resource such as Guild Jen to get a build going and then tweak it to suit your play style. Just keep in mind that in a few days time Celestial Stats will no longer have boon duration and condition duration but I am told that the Celestial Spear Engi build will still work well after the nerf.
