Darkrazor's Daring doesn't daze if you move away after casting it

Unlike every other renegade skill, Darkrazor's Daring doesn't daze if you move away beyond 600 units after casting it.

Step to reproduce:

1. Cast Darkrazor's Daring at max range
2. Take a few steps back before it hits

Expected: Darkrazor deals damage and dazes the target.

Actual: Darkrazor doesn't deal damage or daze the target. Instead "Out of range" message is displayed (even though the skill was cast within range).
