Gourmet Training achievement - Einar Blackforge not accepting Deldrimor Steel Ingots

As title. Using the character I've done all of the achievement on so far, Einar Blackforge isn't giving the dialog option to hand him the ingots needed to complete the Norn demonstrations for the achievement. Tried with ingots in my inventory and in my bank. All other parts have been done, including the Spiritwood Plank and Dragonite Ingot. I've gone to him on all my alts over 425 cooking just in case I'm misremembering the character (it's been a couple of years since I touched the achievement tbh) but no joy.

I want the collection icon above Seimur in my homestead gone 😅
