Taelac.7036 Posted December 13, 2017 Share Posted December 13, 2017 The recipe is here: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Endless_Toy_Soldier_Tonic You need to have the recipe unlocked on your account in order to use it, but if one hasn't dropped for you, you can buy it on the trading post for around a silver.Use the new Snowflakes instead of the now-defunct Flawless Snowflakes, and you should be good to go.
