The shroud of the Necromancer and Reaper is bugged

Dear programmers,

The balancepatch, released on the HIER DATUM EINFÜGEN, you made some quite interisting changes on the Reapers shroud, buffing it's damage.

So I'm pretty sure, that the fact, that the 50% damage reduction, the shroud had by default, wasn't removed intentionally, since the whole gamebalance of the necromancer for the last 3 years was evolved around this trait. Here are some proves of my words, videos captured during WvW, since especially in this gamemode the reduciton had a vital importance for the survivability of the necromancer, since the class has no blocks or invulnerabilities and is only capable of facetanking the damage, after the dodges were used (espacially the Reaper since his shroud is meleebased).

Even if you removed the Trait due to the damagebuffs the Reaper received, it doesn't make sense at all to remove it from the vanilla shroud as well, since it has not received any buffs.

I hope you can clarify the circumstances, the change is based on.
