Map instance stuck at 3:02 for Wintersday Bells

There is an instance of the bells map that is stuck at 3:02 and not counting down. The problem is, I left the map and waited a few minutes then tried entering again to play bells but I entered the same map instance and it still says 3:02 time remaining. I've tried this a number of times and still can't do the Wintersday Ring daily. Please fix.
