Exitus.3297 Posted December 20, 2017 Share Posted December 20, 2017 Hello all,As the title suggests, the Superior Runes of Vampirism are bugged. It looks like these runes have been bugged forever by one thing or another, but this time it appears that the 6th set bonus, which states steals life in an AoE when the player is struck below 25% health, actually doesn't activate until the player is struck below 20%. I tested this multiple times using the Barbarian Amulet in the PvP lobby and I can replicate it just about every time.It may also be worth noting the 6th set bonus is also a Stun Breaker for some reason, which also isn't listed in the tooltip.
