Loading screen remains after loading is complete

I've been getting this in the last couple of days. I will load into a new area, the loading screen shows up, the game finishes loading and nothing. The character is there, the mouse changes when I hover over objects, it's just that the artwork is still over my screen. If I restart the game it will load just fine, it's when doing an initial load that this will happen. Because of this I've not been able to get into my guild hall as you don't get to stay there after closing the client.

I've tried to repair the game and same thing. Spotted a thread on reddit but nothing else, surely I can't be the only one.
