Wall E.5349 Posted February 8, 2018 Share Posted February 8, 2018 Location: Hall of chainsOccurrence: After Dhuum's big soul split attack, when he steals everyone's boons.Bug: Supposed to be able to strip all of Dhuum's stolen boons. Many occassions, Dhuum will have alacrity and 2 other random boons that cannot be stripped.
