Scarelt's Kiss Sound bugged for other players (even with active unique player sounds)

It seems the unique rifle sound of Scarlet's Kiss is bugged.You as a player can hear the unique sound but other players can't hear it anymore. It appears for them only as the normal rifle sound file.Activating or deactivating the soundoption for unqiue players sounds (others) don't change that behavior.

I have tested it with other players and could confirm that.

Velocitas Eradico as an example sounds unique and it plays the sound for them as recommended.Also the legendary rifle.But Scarlet's Kiss don't.
