Incorrect PoF specialization collection map completion unlocks

After finishing map completion on Crystal Oasis on a Necromancer (after unlocking scourge and beginning the collection achievement) the Scourge's cache item was not given, nor was the item unlocked in the collection. However, when the Firebrand specialization was unlocked and the relevant collection opened, the Firebrand's Cache item was unlocked, but the cache was not rewarded at this point either. Firebrand character has not yet started PoF storyline, and has not obtained map completion in the Crystal Desert. Asked another user to verify; same incident occurred.
