SPvP match ready - map open - WvW - Bug

I was roaming in WvW and things were slow so I decided to queue up for an SPvP match. I had my map open while in the Eternal Battlegrounds and it then said the match was ready. However I couldn't click accept, decline or dismiss. I actually couldn't click anything on the entire screen. It's like it wasn't registering my clicks no matter where it was. So I ended up having to sit and wait for it to time out. As soon as it timed out I was able to play normally again. However when I checked the pvp panel it said I was temporarily banned for 5 minutes from being able to join a match. No big deal, but since I couldn't do anything, this is not fair. Needless to say I won't have my map open or else this bug will happen again. Please fix this. Thanks!
