Tonics not stating that they become account bound on use

Hi,

I received an Endless Nuhoch Crusher Tonic as a drop a couple weeks ago. Saw that I could sell it for ~17g on the TP, but figured I'd try it once to see if I wanted to keep it. Item description only said that it would transform me, nothing about becoming account bound. Used it, didn't like it, could no longer sell it. Pretty frustrating, support said they couldn't restore it as "all in-game choices are final". Wouldn't really call it a choice since it doesn't tell you that using it makes it unsellable.

Anyways, I'd like to request that items like this have the becomes account bound on use text added to them :/
