A weird Circle glitch on the reflections around the player character.

Now this is one of those glitches that I have absolutely no explanation for. But as you can see there is this really weird and pretty large circular glitch right in middle of my screen. At first I thought it could be something with SweetFX,so I turned it off for other Screenshot. The one with active sweetfx is the bit darker picture. I took liberty to highlight the glitch itself with doodles.
