Matches Starting Without All Players Connected

I understand if you are 4v5 you will generally not suffer a loss in rating. (I forget what the time limit is for that to kick in). However, the winning team do get a rating win. Which is basically a free ride. And that hardly seems fair.

I do not understand why a match would be allowed to start if all 10 players are not connected and in the map. Surely it would be less frustrating to go back into queue. Most certainly it would be fairer to make sure the winning team were winning by actually outplaying a team of five people, rather than the free ride of 5v4 disconnect.

Is it really that hard to implement?
