D26378F6-59C9-428A-A7AA-7E Posted June 26, 2018 Share Posted June 26, 2018 I reached the completion of the Into The Mists story instance where you rescue Valda, the Wolf Havroun apprentice, the NPC says it is time to return to the waking world but no portal appears so I can return. I searched the entire instance and killed all of the Svanir, tasks are grayed out and checked as complete, but have to exit without completion.Oh, and I still have a really strange user name. I have a support request in to change it, but apparently everyone is busy with other things. Request number 6947726, where I initially was unable to purchase a second account, then requested a new user name after I finally found was able to complete the purchase.
