[Elite Suggestion] Serpent Priest

Theme: semi-mobile duelist focused on poison and weakness as well as overall improvement of core mechanics like Minions and self inflicted conditions. Something towards thief and ranger, but with necromancer's twist.



Adept Minor Trait (Unlock Sword fro both hands and allow you to use Aspect abilities.Replace Death Shroud with Serpent's Shroud.After dodging you will enter into state of Serpent Trance.

Adept Major Trait Line

  • Major Trait 1 (Stacking 6 stacks or more of poison on an enemy will cause you to summon 1 Rotting Serpent for 30 sec. Cooldown: 15 sec.
  • Major Trait 2 (Poisons you inflict will last 10% longer and deal 10% more damage.
  • Major Trait 3 (Inflicting weakness on an enemy will cause 350 (scales with power) damage to that enemy. Cooldown: 1 sec.

Master Minor Trait (Entering Serpent's Shroud will cause you to summon 1 Rotting Serpent for 30 sec. Cooldown: 30 sec.

Master Major Trait Line

  • Major Trait 4 (Your critical hits have 15% chance to summon Rotting Serpent for 30 sec. Cooldown: 20 sec.
  • Major Trait 5 (Inflict 2 stacks of poison for 4 sec when you weaken or blind an enemy. Cooldown: 3 sec.
  • Major Trait 6 (Heal yourself for 10% of damage you deal against weakened enemies. Your Aspect abilities will last 2 sec longer.

Grandmaster Minor Trait (Gain swiftness for 6 sec when you enter Serpent Trance.

Grandmaster Major Trait Line

  • Major Trait 7 (Gain 100 bonus power and condition damage if you have at least 1 active minion present. Gain 15 bonus power and condition damage for every additional minion.
  • Major Trait 8 (Take 20% less damage from poison and poison on you no longer reduce healing taken.
  • Major Trait 9 (Your Sword 2, Sword 4 and any Ambush attack will inflict weakness on all enemies hit for 4 sec. Cooldown: 10 sec.

Serpent's trance (After dodging while in combat you will enter into trance causing your next Weapon 1 attack to become ambush. In addition, while under effect of this trance you will be able to see invisible enemies and will be able to see through illusions (cause clones and phantasm to appear of different color for you).

  • Duration: 2 sec

Rotting SerpentA minion with stats identical to Jagged Horror, but it will inflict poison with its attacks.

  • Poison: 1 stack for 1 sec


Sword 1 (First hit of three hit chain. Slash in front of you dealing damage to several enemies in front of you. This attack have 33% chance to poison damaged enemies.

  • Casting time: 1/2 sec
  • Range: 130
  • Damage: 320 (scales with power)
  • Poison: 1 stack for 4 sec
  • Enemies hit: up to 5
  • Life force gain per enemy hit: 1%

Sword 1 (Second hit of three hit chain. Perform a spinning slash damaging enemies around you. This attack have 66% chance to poison damaged enemies.

  • Duration: 6 sec
  • Regeneration: 3 sec

Utility Aspect 1 (Poison yourself and take on aspect of Emerald Viper for a short duration removing effects of all other aspects. While under effect of this aspect your attacks will have 33% chance to inflict poison on damaged enemies.

  • Self-poison: 1 stack for 10 sec
  • Duration: 8 sec
  • Poison: 1 stack for 3 sec

Utility Aspect 2 (Stunbreak yourself, confuse yourself and take on aspect of Purple Sea Snake for a short duration removing effects of all other aspects. While under effect of this aspect conditions on you will have 33% shorter duration and critical attacks against you will deal 10% less damage.

  • Self-confuse: 2 stacks for 6 sec

Utility Aspect 3 (Refill 50% of your endurance and take on aspect of Tree Serpent for a short duration removing effects of all other aspects. While under effect of this aspect you gain bonus stats.

Utility Aspect 4 (Chill yourself and take on aspect of Reaper Cobra for a short duration removing effects of all other aspects. While under effect of this aspect your attacks will chill all damaged enemies.

  • Chill: 1 sec
  • Duration: 5 sec

Elite Aspect (Scourging Venom)Burn yourself and take on aspect of Desert King Viper for a short duration removing effects of all other aspects. While under effect of this aspect your critical strikes will corrupt a boon on damaged enemies into torment. In addition, while under effect of this aspect your every second non-critical strike in the row will cause your next attack to have 100% critical strike chance.

  • Casting time: 3/4 sec
  • Cooldown: 120 sec
  • Self-burn: 1 stack for 6 sec
  • Torment: 1 stack for 4 sec
  • Duration: 4 sec
