Forearmed Is Forewarned (DC during instance, stuck @ instance objective, cant get back in.)

I DCed (pet tripped power wire to PC) during an instance in the Forearmed is Forewarned story instance but when I came back I found that I couldn't access the instance again.

I see that the story objective is one of those inside the instance and doesn't give me a prompt to talk to Taimi's group to access the instance again. I have tried quitting the episode and restarting it but it still gives me the objective form that inside the instance and I cant access the story instance itself. If I interact with the portal I get sent to the actual map not the story version of the map.

Edit: Never mind, just 5 minutes after posting this i solved it by instead of just quitting chapter 3 I replayed replayed chapter 2 and restarted chapter 3 again. Though I have to play from the very beginning of the chapter again.

HOWEVER I still don't have the ability to access the instance and cannot progress the story
