SuicideReason.1598 Posted July 25, 2018 Share Posted July 25, 2018 For opening a Support ticket on the Support website (https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us) it promts for an Login. After login you get put onto your normal account overview, if you then go to support again your still logged out.
