[Suggestion] Increase responsiveness of directional abilities when not using Action Camera

Directional abilities such as Heartseeker are much more responsive when trying to change direction mid ability usage when using the Action Cam. For example If I change my camera direction while holding down my Heartseeker button when using the Action Camera, my character will Heartseeker towards the direction I'm looking at as soon as the previous Heartseeker is finished with no delay. Without the Action Camera, though, you will continue Heartseeking in a straight line until you let go of the button and wait half a second for your character to update its directional position, which makes combat feel really clunky when trying to use abilities such as Heartseeker/Death Blossom without a target.
