[Suggestion] LFG 'Willing to help'

There are a lot of times that I'm doing something but wouldn't mind helping someone else accomplish whatever they're trying to do. I don't want to be checking a bunch of LFG categories every 2 minutes to see if someone is in need of assistance.

My suggestion is simple (simplicity of back-end implementation is not assumed): allow us to mark ourselves as 'Willing to Help' for up to X lfg categories (World Bosses, Verdant Brink, Central Tyria Squad Play, etc). We wouldn't be placed in a LFG party but would show up in the LFG tool as Willing to Help and could be invited as usual, but wouldn't be joinable.
