Berler.2617 Posted October 1, 2017 Share Posted October 1, 2017 I assume this is a bug since all other ascended back items can have a second infusion slot added with the mystic forge. I don't know if this affects all of the Raise the Banners back items, but I currently have Dreaded Banners of King Palawa Joko I, and currently it is impossible to place it in the mystic forge (I imagine that the upgrade recipe for this item is currently not in the game).
