leviathan.3684 Posted October 3, 2017 Share Posted October 3, 2017 This happens when you go down on the last charge, the mantra stays on the last charge when you rally and won't gain more charges. As you can see in your screenshot the charge counter goes up, but the last charge remains and when you cast it there is the full cooldown. This also applies for using a mount.
